If you believe content on VivoNovella infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Contact page at vivonovella.com/contact identifying the work, the content, your contact details and a statement that the information is accurate. Under Canada's notice-and-notice regime (Copyright Act, sections 41.25–41.27), we will forward valid notices as required.

We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable content while we investigate. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, contact us with an explanation and supporting information.
