Submission Terms

Public project submissions are not yet open. Creators can save private drafts in Creator Studio; these are not reviewed until submissions open.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the book, manuscript, artwork and other material you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your original material.

You grant us a licence to use your material to review, adapt and produce your VivoNovella production, and to stream and promote the finished production, for the term agreed in your production confirmation.

Every submission goes through rights review, creative scope approval and source-material approval. We may decline a submission. The indicative seven-week production timeline begins only after these approvals.

Productions use credits from your Creator membership at the rates shown in the Production Configurator at the time you confirm. Credit use is currently disabled while rates are provisional.

Productions may use AI-assisted tools under human creative direction, as described in the AI Disclosure. You must consent to this when configuring a production.
