Creators

Rights and production.

Do I keep the copyright?: Yes. VivoNovella never takes copyright automatically. You grant a production licence only for the adaptation you approve.
How long does a production take?: About seven weeks, counted from the day your creative scope and source material are approved. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How many revisions are included?: Two revision rounds, followed by your final approval.
Is AI used?: Some steps are AI-assisted. This is always disclosed and reviewed by people.

Credits

What does a production cost?: Credits = length + visual treatment + audio + additional languages. For example, 20 minutes, Cinematic, dialogue and narration in English = 1,370 credits.
How many credits do I get?: Basic 1,000, Extra 2,000, Pro 4,000 each month — also on yearly billing.
Which languages are available?: English is included. Spanish, French, Turkish and German add 300 credits each.
Are the rates final?: Current rates are provisional prototype rates and may change before billing opens.

Billing

Can I pay yearly?: Yes. Creators save 10%; viewers get 12 months for the price of 10.
Which currency?: Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are additional.
Can I subscribe today?: Not yet. Online payment opens once billing is approved and tested.
Can I cancel?: Memberships will be cancellable at any time from your account once billing opens.

Viewers

What can I watch?: Basic includes a selected collection with short commercial breaks; Extra and Family include every story without ads.
How many profiles?: Basic and Extra include 1 profile; Family includes up to 5, with children's profiles.
