Viewer Subscription Terms

These Viewer Subscription Terms apply to anyone who buys a VivoNovella Viewer subscription. VivoNovella is a digital entertainment and creative production platform operated by Arkin Gelisin as a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada. In these terms, "VivoNovella" and "we" refer to that business. They add to the Terms of Service.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout from your billing address.

Viewer Basic

$9.99/month or $99.90/year (12 months for the price of 10). Selected videos, Relevant 15-second commercial breaks, 1 viewer profile, Book discovery links.

Viewer Extra

$19.99/month or $199.90/year (12 months for the price of 10). No commercial breaks, Access to all videos, HD streaming, 2 simultaneous devices, Early access to new releases.

Viewer Family

$29.99/month or $299.90/year (12 months for the price of 10). No commercial breaks, Access to all videos, Multilingual options, Up to 5 profiles, Children's profiles, 4 simultaneous devices.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual term until you cancel. We will tell you about any price change before it applies to your next renewal.

Payments, receipts and sales tax for Viewer subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, which may appear on your statement with its own descriptor.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades apply credit for unused time to future invoices.

If a renewal payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried. If it cannot be collected, your subscription ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the term you have paid for. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The catalogue changes over time. Basic includes a selected collection with short commercial breaks; Extra and Family include all videos without commercial breaks. Device and profile limits apply per plan. Streaming quality depends on your connection.

Family plan children's profiles are managed by the adult account holder, who is responsible for supervising use.
